代表取締役社長 年頭ご挨拶

謹んで新年のご挨拶を申し上げます。旧年中は格別のご高配を賜り、心より御礼申し上げます。

当社は創業以来、「半導体国家としての日本の未来にダイヤモンドで貢献する」というミッションのもと、研究開発と事業基盤の強化に邁進してまいりました。昨年は、Partners Fund、SOSV、Lifetime Ventures、その他投資家から総額約3億円のシード資金を調達し、研究設備の拡充、新規装置の導入、ラボ増床を実現しました。これにより、技術開発の加速と事業成長の基盤を確立することができました。

技術面では、第二世代ダイヤモンドアンビルの販売開始、放射線センサーの試作・評価サイクルの確立、Bドープ基板の納品など、重要な成果を挙げております。また、東京大学・広島大学との共同研究をはじめ、結晶性・高純度化の検討、大型装置導入、AIによる欠陥判定など、次世代技術の開発に挑戦を続けています。

本年は、

• 三本柱（量子センサー、放射線センサー、半導体）の開発を加速し、プロトタイプから本格的な商品化へ
• 大学との共同プロジェクト推進と助成金獲得
• 大手企業との連携強化、購入契約・シリーズA成立
• 組織体制の強化と優秀な人材の確保
• 大型化・高純度化・量産対応の環境整備

を重点課題として取り組みます。

 New Year’s Greeting

I would like to extend my sincere greetings for the New Year and express my deepest appreciation for your exceptional support throughout the past year.

Since our founding, we have been dedicated to our mission: “Contributing to Japan’s future as a semiconductor nation through diamond technology.” Last year, we successfully raised approximately US2 million in seed funding from Partners Fund, SOSV, Lifetime Ventures, and other investors, enabling us to expand our research facilities, introduce new equipment, and increase laboratory space. These investments have accelerated our technological development and established a solid foundation for business growth.

On the technology front, we achieved significant milestones, including the launch of our second-generation diamond anvil, the establishment of a full evaluation cycle for radiation sensors, and the delivery of B-doped substrates. Furthermore, we continue to pursue next-generation technologies through joint research with the University of Tokyo and Hiroshima University, initiatives to improve crystal quality and purity, the introduction of large-scale equipment, and the implementation of AI-based defect detection.

In the coming year, our key priorities will be:

• Accelerating the development of our three core pillars—quantum sensors, radiation sensors, and semiconductors—and advancing from prototypes to full commercialization
• Promoting joint projects with universities and securing grants
• Strengthening partnerships with major corporations and establishing purchase agreements and Series A funding
• Enhancing our organizational structure and attracting outstanding talent
• Advancing facility investments to support scalability, high purity, and mass production
