Our technology specializes in the production of high-quality diamond substrates that serve as the foundation for next-generation power semiconductors and sensors. At the core of our approach is a proprietary crystal growth technique utilizing Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPCVD).
We hold the following patented technologies, which give us a distinct competitive advantage unmatched by other companies.
- High-Speed, Large-Area Growth Technology: We have achieved a world-class homoepitaxial growth rate, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
- Defect Suppression Process Technology: By introducing a buffer layer, we prevent the propagation of crystal defects and manufacture high-quality substrates with surface defect densities suppressed to below 10³ cm⁻².
- Thick-Film Growth Technology: By suppressing crack formation and enabling the growth of self-supporting thick films, we have successfully fabricated the world’s first freestanding single-crystal diamond (111) substrate using the CVD method.
In addition to these foundational technologies, we have introduced ultra-high-concentration boron doping techniques for p-type semiconductors, as well as a development process that integrates quality engineering with AI. This approach has enabled us to establish diamond crystal growth technology within just six months of equipment installation, dramatically accelerating the development cycle. Through our comprehensive technological capabilities—from materials development to mass production—we aim to contribute to solving global energy challenges.
